PRIVACY POLICY

Scope

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to Chrome Cowboy and our affiliates (“Chrome Cowboy,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and to our online properties that link to this Policy, including our websites, social media pages/handles, and any mobile experiences (collectively, the “Sites”).

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services that may link to or be linked from the Sites. Please review their privacy policies directly.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we’ll post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date.

 

Information We Collect

We collect information from you, from your devices, and from third parties. We may combine information collected across our Sites and with our business records. We may use and share aggregated or de-identified information for any lawful purpose.

1) Information You Provide

  • Contact & professional info: name, address, email, phone, job title, company.

  • Account info: login/registration details.

  • Demographics (if provided).

  • Payment info: billing details (processed by our payment provider).

  • Survey/market research content you submit.

  • Customer service communications.

  • Promotions/contests/sweepstakes entries.

  • Social media content you make available to us.

  • Community interactions (e.g., comments or forum posts visible to others).

  • Job application materials.

  • Any other information you choose to submit.

2) Information Collected Automatically

We and our partners (e.g., analytics and ad networks) use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tech to collect:

  • Device & network data: IP address, time zone/location, device IDs, model/OS, carrier, browser details.

  • Analytics data: pages viewed, clicks, referring/exit pages, session info, newsletter interactions.

  • Diagnostic logs and performance data.

  • Advertising data: identifiers used to measure, tailor, and deliver ads (on our Sites and on others).

  • Business records: purchase history and transaction metadata.

3) Information From Third Parties

  • Advertising & marketing: send marketing (with your consent where required); run promotions; personalize/measure ads on our Sites and on third-party properties; work with business partners, ad partners, and social platforms.

  • Legal compliance: comply with laws, lawful requests, and legal process.

Non-Alcoholic Notice: Chrome Cowboy beverages are non-alcoholic. Any nightlife or celebration themes are brand storytelling only.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

 

Your Choices & Rights

Account

Update your account information in your profile (if available) or contact us.

Email Marketing

You can unsubscribe via the link in our emails or by contacting us. You will still receive transactional/service emails (e.g., order confirmations).

Ad Choices & Cookies

  • Manage cookies in your browser/device settings; some site features may not function without cookies.

  • Use industry opt-outs: Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA).

  • Use our on-site Cookie Settings (if provided).

  • You can also contact us.
    If you opt out, you may still see ads—they’ll just be less personalized. Deleting cookies may clear your preferences.

Location Data

If enabled, you can grant/withdraw location permissions through your device/app settings.

Do Not Track

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Your choices are described above.

 

Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes described here, to operate our business, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

 

Cross-Border Transfers

We process/store information in the United States. Privacy laws in the U.S. may differ from those in your country. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards.

 

Children’s Privacy

The Sites are intended for users 16+. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we collected info from a child under 13, we will delete it. Please contact us with concerns.

 

Privacy Disclosures for Specific Jurisdictions

California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing (“Shine the Light”).

Notice at Collection & Categories. We collect the categories listed in “Information We Collect” from the sources described and for the purposes in “How We Use Information.” We disclose personal information to service providers(who are contractually restricted to our business purposes) and may “sell” or “share” personal information (as defined by CCPA/CPRA) with third parties such as advertising and analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your CCPA/CPRA Rights (subject to exceptions):

  • Right to Know/Access: request details about categories/specific pieces of personal information, sources, purposes, and disclosures.

  • Right to Delete personal information we collected from you.

  • Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing of personal information.

  • Right to Limit Use/Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (if used to infer characteristics).

  • Non-Discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to Exercise:

  • Visit our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page (link to be added) or contact us (below).

  • To limit sensitive personal information (if applicable), visit our “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” page (link to be added) or contact us.

  • You may designate an authorized agent (registered with the CA Secretary of State) to submit requests on your behalf. We will verify identity/authority as required by law.

Financial Incentives (FIPs). If we offer promotions/discounts in exchange for personal information (e.g., email sign-ups), participation is voluntary and you can opt out anytime. We value your information based on our good-faith estimate of related revenue and program costs.

Nevada

We do not currently sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. Nevada residents may contact us with questions.

Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia

Residents may have rights to:

  • Opt out of sales, targeted advertising, and certain profiling;

  • Access/confirm processing;

  • Correct (where applicable);

  • Delete.
    Submit requests via the contact methods below. (CO/CT/VA residents may appeal a denial using the instructions in our response.)
